About the creators
I created this kit after losing someone close to me and feeling completely unable to understand my own emotions. For months I tried different methods, hoping something would help me get through the hardest days, but nothing truly made sense to me. I realised I needed simple tools I could use even when I felt overwhelmed or numb. With the guidance of psychologist Grace Whitmore, MSc Psychology, we shaped these resources into something clear, gentle and genuinely supportive for anyone who is grieving.
